Autumn encourages shifting to fullness to ground ourselves as the season cools down. We'll begin with a 30-min somatic yoga practice through small, slow and gentle movements for mind-body integration and relaxation. We are excited to celebrate Halloween on Friday, 10/27/23 from 6PM-10PM with our favorite ghouls and goblins at The Boulder Field! Here’s what we have planned:

We are happy to welcome back Martha for a delicious pop-up featuring Itacate: Latin backpacking food for adventurers with great taste and strong values.

Itacate comes from the Nahuatl word – Itacatl. It is the food that you take on a journey and it is also the bundle of food that you are given to take home with you at the end of a family gathering. Martha has crafted a comforting trio of meals intended for the great outdoors, including:

• Charge-up Chilaquiles. Traditional Mexican breakfast of tortilla chips smothered in a spicy tomatillo salsa and beans, topped with egg and panela cheese. These are our anytime chilaquiles!

• Sunset Caldo. Classic central Mexican soup consisting of a complex spicy chipotle-based broth topped with rice, garbanzo, chayote squash and a squeeze of lime. You don't have to go to CDMX for this caldo!

• Campsite Lentejas. Deliciously hearty lentil soup with a tomato and cilantro base that takes no time to rehydrate. This is what we eat when we crave something healthy and satisfying ¡Buen provecho!

The Spring Youth Semester is fast approaching! Here are a few preliminary details:

  • $325 for 10 weeks (includes a full membership at The Boulder Field for the duration of the semester)

• Schedule (all classes run from 3pm - 5pm)

  • MONDAY classes: 1st day on 06/12/23 - Last day on 08/14/23

  • WEDNESDAY classes: 1st day on 06/14/23 - Last day on 08/16/23

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we will be celebrating World Meditation Day on Sunday, May 21. If you're seeking for more calm and less stress, this is a gentle reminder that meditation is an option. We will explore various forms of meditation through yoga nidra and sound healing.
