Pliny the Elder is brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, and Simcoe hops. It is well-balanced with malt, hops, and alcohol, slightly bitter with a fresh hop aroma of floral, citrus, and pine.

It’s hard to believe, but no confections were harmed in the making of this delicious brew! So how do we do it? We make this juicy, candy-like beer drinkable by using a careful balance of wheat, oats, and brewer’s 2-row barley. It is then aggressively dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo hops for all of those sweet candied pineapple and fruit notes reminiscent of our favorite gummy candies.

Brewed for refreshment, this beer is a premium light lager, containing only 99 calories per 12 oz. serving. U.S. grown barley and a special variety sushi rice grown at the brewery make up the grain bill. Farmers Light is cold fermented with a clean flavored lager yeast. Hops are added throughout the brewing process in moderate amounts. The beer is sterile filtered at near-freezing temperatures, not pasteurized, preserving a fresh crispness to the flavor. Farmers Light is especially refreshing on a hot summer day or after a hard day of work.

Panic was the first IPA we ever released, way back in 2012. Apparently, we did something right, as it won Best of Show in the 2014 California State Fair, and has consistently been one of our most popular beers. Panic is heavily hopped with modern American hops, featuring copious amounts of Amarillo, Centennial, and Simcoe. Lurking beneath the flavorful hops are subtle citrus flavors, a not-so-subtle stone fruit, notes of grapefruit, and a slightly dank nose. Big hops and smooth body make Panic an exceptional example of a West Coast Style IPA. 5 Awards Won.

Full-bodied, very hoppy, with citrus, pine, fruity notes, and a nice dry, bitter finish!

Generously dry-hopped with Amarillo and Simcoe for a bright, piney punch, 1500 brings together orange blossom and grapefruit notes with a touch of honey sweetness. We don’t like choosing favorites, but 1500 is our perfect everyday hoppy beer.

The "Stoned Fruit" Nectarine cider became such a hit when it was released that Two Rivers canned it almost immediately.

The liquid in this can exemplifies what we think a classic West Coast IPA should taste like. We start with a perfect balance of North American brewer’s 2-row barley and UK Golden Promise malts for a neutral, but no less delicious, base for the hops to play off your tongue. We’ve selected classic American ‘C’ hops to bring everyone’s favorite notes of grapefruit, orange peel, and pine just to slam them with a huge dose of Mosaic for all of the dank, overripe, tropical fruit that we can’t get enough of.

Our Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got us into brewing in the first place. After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango, and lemon flavors.

Juicy hops and silky malt meet in a Hazy Little Thing with fruit-forward flavor, modest bitterness, and a smooth finish. Aggressively dry-hopped and less filtered because the haze is where the flavor is.
