  • NO INITIATION FEES ALL DAY for new signups.

  • MEMBERS CAN BRING A BUDDY. Members are getting one unrestricted guest pass, so it doesn’t have to be a for a first-time visitor! Please note, this promotion does not apply to Limited Memberships such as Punch Cards or 1-Month Prepaids.

EVENT SCHEDULE

  • 2:30PM GYM CLOSES

  • 3:00PM GYM REOPENS for Members Only, +1 Guest of their choice

  • 3:30PM PING PONG TOURNAMENT & 3-POINT BASKETBALL SHOOTOUT BEGINS

    • 16 competitors max. Must sign up ahead of time. Please note that the bracket is limited to the first 16 participants.

  • 4:00PM MAD TEAM CHALLENGE

    • 4-player teams complete a series of challenges meant to test your mind & body! Sign up in person. Winners will each receive a $50 TBF Gift Card!

  • 5:00PM BBQ BEGINS

  • 6:30PM RAFFLE featuring items from Black Diamond, La Sportiva, Friction Labs, Oncrux and KC Kombucha

4:00PM Member Appreciate Day TEAM CHALLENGE

Gather your squad and take on a series of fun, physical, and mental challenges that highlight everything TBF has to offer!

How It Works:

  • Teams of 4

  • 8 Challenges + 1 Bonus Challenge

  • 1 Hour to Complete Them All

  • Each teammate may complete up to 2 challenges

  • Complete the 8 challenges, then one teammate takes on the bonus

  • First team to finish the Bonus Challenge wins!

  • Winners each get a $50 TBF Gift Card!

Challenges include:

  • Climb 10 YELLOW Problems

  • GREEN spray wall route from Start to Finish

  • Complete the marked 3 DYNO Problems

  • Climb the BLIND TRAVERSE from Start to Finish

  • Complete 268 STEPS on the StairMaster and race to the top of Sacramento's Ziggurat building!

  • STRETCHING AREA: Hold a headstand for 15 seconds

    Cannot use the wall for support. OK for a partner to spot.

  • MAIN CLIMBING AREA: Complete the NO HANDS climb from Start to Finish

    Hands can touch the wall, but CANNOT TOUCH T-NUTS, HOLDS, OR VOLUMES while attempting the climb. Knees and shoulders are OK to use. (Labeled with White Tape)

  • WEIGHTS AREA: DEADLIFT 200lbs with the Trap Bar

    20 Reps Total. Can rest between Reps.

  • Only after completing all 8: ⭐ BONUS: HALF-COURT SHOT ⭐

Join us for a 90s Nostalgia-themed TBF Trivia Night on Friday, May 2nd from 6:30pm - 8:00pm! We’ll have Happy Hour pricing (20% off non-bottled drinks) available from 6:00pm - 8:00pm.

Sign up at the Front Desk between 6:00pm - 6:30pm to begin. It’s free to play, with a chance for each team member to win a $20 TBF Gift Card! These can go toward retail products, cafe purchases, and even membership dues.

Enroll them in The Boulder Field’s fun and challenging youth camp! These 4-day camps are led by our enthusiastic staff and filled with climbing instruction, games, and activities. Here are a few preliminary details:

02/21/25, EVERY FRIDAY: Core Blast w/ Tony

Level up your climbing game with Core Blast, a weekly class focusing on intermediate and advanced core exercises. Led by Tony Burman, this hour-long workout starts with essential core movements to warm up, followed by a rotating set of exercises designed to challenge and strengthen your core.

This weekly class is FREE with admission (day pass, punch, or membership). With only 12 spots available, be sure to reserve your spot online or sign up at the front desk!

Join us every Friday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM for group training, with opportunities for personalized instruction.

He uses fully certified modalities such as Active Release Technique (ART), Graston (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), and RockTape, among others.
