Our Private Instruction sessions are designed to give you one-on-one coaching that’s completely tailored to your goals. Whether you’re brand new and want a solid foundation, or an experienced climber pushing into new grades, you’ll get focused attention, personalized feedback, and clear strategies for progress. If you’re looking for a single tune-up session or ongoing coaching over time, we are ready to meet you where you’re at.
With an experienced instructor by your side, you’ll move at your own pace, learn smarter movement, and tackle challenges with confidence. Each session is helping you grow your skills, stay motivated, and see real results on the wall!

Consultation (1.5-hour Session): $120
This 30 minute consultation at the start of your first session is a chance to meet your instructor, talk through your goals, and make a plan that fits your climbing journey. It’s the first step to getting personalized, effective coaching that works for you.1-hour Session: $80

2-hour Session: $160

Whether you're just starting out or looking to break through a plateau, private sessions are a great way to get personalized, focused support.
For first-time clients, I include a 30-minute consultation before the 1-hour session begins to go over your climbing history, goals, strengths, weaknesses, and any injuries.
Each session afterward is then tailored to your goals — expect a hands-on, in-depth experience that goes beyond just working problems. We'll break down beta on your current projects, refine your movement and technique, and develop smarter projecting strategies to help you climb more efficiently and with purpose.
With over a decade of experience in climbing and routesetting, and having trained a wide range of athletes since 2017, I bring a holistic understanding of both the physical and mental sides of climbing. My background includes international climbing experience, over 100 double-digit boulders, and a remote coaching business that has helped climbers progress at every level. My goal is to offer practical, structured guidance in each session — so you leave not just stronger, but smarter in your approach.
With 9 years of climbing experience and 6 years coaching competitive youth athletes, I bring a deep passion for both the physical and mental sides of the sport. My background includes extensive outdoor climbing and years of guiding athletes through local and national-level competitions.
Whether you’re a youth climber just getting serious or an intermediate looking to break through your next plateau, I offer private sessions tailored to your goals. From movement technique and strength-building to mindset training and projecting strategies, I’ll help you grow into a smarter, stronger, more confident climber.

Most of my own background is in outdoor climbing, but I enjoy working with climbers of all ages and skill levels. I specialize in bouldering technique, with a focus on helping smaller climbers use movement, balance, and problem-solving to their advantage. Power and strength are useful, but technique is what lasts, and my goal is to help you build skills that stick with you for a lifetime.
With over 13 years of climbing experience and 7 years of coaching youth athletes, I bring a deep passion for movement, problem-solving, and personal growth to every session. Expect targeted drills, detailed movement analysis, and a supportive environment that keeps climbing both fun and productive. Let's get started!
