The Boulder Field offers several fun Field Trip options for your group throughout the week & weekend!
These experiences - filled with games and instruction - bring the following to your group:

We’ll work with you to host the perfect trip for your charter school, scout troop, dance troupe, church group, athletic team, or any kind of group!

Package upgrades (if more than 16 Youth Participants are expected) may be purchased up until 14 days in advance.
Same-day upgrades are not available, so please invite guests accordingly.
Participants exceeding the number of allowable guests will incur a $50/climber fee.
*Includes rental shoes for Youth Participants. Does not include Day Passes or shoe rentals for Adults who may want to climb.
Here’s what you can expect…
Arrival: Your group is welcome to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
Attire: Loose-fitting layers are recommended for comfort and range of movement.
Climbing Shoes: Climbing shoes are required, and are included in the Field Trip package. We have a significant selection of rental shoes for youth and anticipate being able to equip all participants. However, in the event that a child is unable to be fitted for climbing shoes, we recommend they wear close-toed shoes with rubber soles as an alternative. Socks are required with the use of rental climbing shoes.
Guided Climbing Time: This session includes a short introduction to climbing, supervised climbing, and climbing games with our qualified instructors.
Food: Outside food is allowed and encouraged! Our Cafe is currently offering bottled drinks, in addition to a small selection of snacks.

AND PROVIDE ID UPON ARRIVAL
Climbing is fun but can be dangerous! We need your help and cooperation in keeping your party a safe and fun experience. Host parents are asked to read all posted general gym rules and youth-specific rules prior to arrival and share this page with guests!
Please note that in order to enter the facility (non-climbers included), we require everyone to review the Orientation Video and sign the accompanying Waiver below.
Adults will need to present a government-issued photo ID, displaying their Photo, Name, and Date of Birth.
Minors will need a Legal Parent or Court-Appointed Guardian to sign the waiver AND verify it in person or provide a copy of their driver's license in their absence. Please note: Stepparents, nannies, babysitters, grandparents, siblings, and other non-legal guardians, are not considered Legal Parents or Guardians in the absence of a legal declaration of guardianship.

Booking Information
Field Trips and any Package Upgrades must be booked and paid for online at least 14 days in advance and can be reserved up to 90 days in advance. Same-day registration and upgrades are not available, so please invite guests accordingly. Participants exceeding the number of allowable guests will incur a $50/climber fee. Events with fewer than expected participants are nonrefundable and cannot be downgraded.
If requested more than10 days prior to the event, a $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply. If requested within 10 days of the event, cancellations are non-refundable.
When the event is concluded, participants must leave the facility or purchase admission to remain in the gym (e.g., day pass, membership).
