Clarity & Vibrancy - Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra with Thuy

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we will be celebrating World Meditation Day on Sunday, May 21. If you're seeking for more calm and less stress, this is a gentle reminder that meditation is an option. We will explore various forms of meditation through yoga nidra and sound healing. All levels are welcome, please come as you are! Optional things to enhance your experience are a light blanket, pillow, eye mask/towel, and water.
